How long does
shipping take?
RealTouch offers standard shipping options through UPS. Orders will be processed
internally before being sent to the warehouse. RealTouch generally ships within 7 days
from the date of order approval.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your RealTouch tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also check the status of
your order by clicking on the "My Account" link at RealTouch.com . If no order information or shipping information is
posted, the order is still being processed and has not yet shipped. For any additional
information call us toll-free at (877) 433-4146. We are available for general Customer
Service 24-hours a day to answer any questions about your RealTouch. We are also available

| RealTouch Return Policy |
You may return your
RealTouch device for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of
the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs, and a 10% restocking fee.
If the RealTouch arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with
replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If
you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our
standard 30-day return policy. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it
cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return
policy, where roundtrip-shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
All returned RealTouch devices must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise,
additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, after the 30-day return period, the
RealTouch cannot be returned because neither we, nor our suppliers, can take the used
device back.
Product Arrives Damaged
RealTouch is well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. However, if the RealTouch
appears damaged or any electronic peripherals are missing, please notify us.
* Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged"
when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important.
* If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The
damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse
delivery, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can expect the return shipment.
* If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged,
please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge.
Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of
delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and
we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
The RealTouch goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.
Refusing Delivery
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In addition any of the events below
will be handled as returns and will fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip
shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
* You have tried to cancel an order but it has already shipped, so you refuse it upon
delivery.
* You see the product at the time of delivery and decide it is no longer what you want, so
you refuse delivery. This may be a result of any number of reasons that generally fall
under "buyer remorse".
* The product arrives damaged, and rather than give us a chance to fix the problem through
a replacement part(s) or a replacement device, you decide you no longer want it and refuse
delivery. As outlined above we work hard to rectify damage issues, in cases where a
customer no longer wants the product we handle it as a standard return.
How To Return a Product
You may return your RealTouch purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please note: after the
30 days RealTouch is not returnable.
To return the RealTouch:
Please email customerservice@realtouch.com and include your original order number, and
your billing or username. Or call us toll-free at (877) 433-4146.
We will provide you an RMA number and a return address. We will not accept any return that
does not have an associated RMA number clearly noted on the outside of the return shipping
container.
* If the device is used, it must be cleaned before packaging (see Care and Maintenance
section of your owner's manual).
* Wrap the package carefully. All returned RealTouch devices must be in original condition
and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
* A RealTouch customer service representative will work with you to coordinate and
schedule the return using our preferred shipping method. We will provide you with the
proper shipping address.
* It is important that you save your return tracking number. If possible, email it to us
so that we can track the return.
* Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot
refund shipping and handling charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card or other
payment option used for the original purchase.
