 'Rock Star Porn Star' from Sex Line Sinema
K-Beech Video's Sex Line Sinema division's Rock Star Porn Star, a feature from
producer/director Cash Markman.Rock Star Porn Star
is described as an MTV-style, behind-the-scenes look at Mayhem's real-life band, Sweet
Avenge. The movie follows the group as they shoot a music video for the song "In
Control" and share the inside dirt on "what it's like to be rock stars."
An ad for the movie was pulled from the February issue of
Rolling Stone, but later appeared in Maxim.
"We got very lucky with that," said Kevin Beech
from Sex Line Sinema. "Everyone was talking about it at the recent AEE Show in Las
Vegas. Monica [Mayhem] and Brooke [Belle] were on hand to promote it, and pre-orders have
been very encouraging."
The cast also features Brooke Belle, Jessica Valentino,
Maya Gates, Monica Mayhem, Jack Vegas, Jaclyn Case, Jay Ashley, Kris Slater and Reno.
"The movie has a total Spinal Tap feel to it,"
said Monica. "Cash Markman did an awesome job of recreating the entire vibe of what
goes into shooting a music video; the pacing, the set-ups, the design of the actual video,
everything was done very well."
