 Rocksuckers Arrives from Spice XXX
Spice XXX launched its Downtown line with the release of punk-porn video Rocksuckers.
The title features a blond-wigged Roxy DeVille on its cover and also stars Micah Moore,
Adrianna Nicole, Justine Joli, Natalie Minx, Keeani Lei and Kitty. In addition, the DVD
contains behind the scenes footage, "groupie" interviews and a music video with
rock band The Dwarves.
"Rocksuckers is a cornerstone of our new Downtown line, which [has] a much more
gritty, urban feel than normal Porn Valley type of movies," Spice executive producer
Bob Johnson told AVN. "With this particular movie, that's shot by a new mainstream
director called The Gingerman, we were able to accomplish two things: We have a very music
video type of feeling to the show, along with traditional, real hot sex. So it's an
interesting combination that we put forth.
"The best way I describe it is it's what you would expect to go to a rock concert and
see," Johnson continued, "from the beginning, walking into the concert with
music and wild people, to backstage sex and groupie sex and the whole nine yards."
Johnson said Spice plans to release a Blu-ray version of Rocksuckers, but arrangements for
producing one are still in the works.
