 Kaylani Lei Gets Wise to the Rise in Your Levi's
Wicked Pictures has released the Kaylani Lei showcase Rise, from AVN award-winning
director David Stanley. The director previously worked with Lei on Candelabra and Double
Exposure. A hauntingly erotic meditation on the
afterlife, Rise finds Kaylani entering a new dimension as an actress and erotic performer
with her portrayal of Melissa, a supernatural guide who meets recently deceased souls on
their journey between this world and the next.
Her focus in Rise is Andy (Randy Spears), a gentleman who
experiences an untimely death, only to have highlights of his time on Earth played back to
him in the form of an actor's "highlight reel" after his demise. As his guide,
Melissa narrates the events of his life in an effort to help him see the error of his
ways. Her monologue soon reveals that whether it was due to his personal insecurities, his
work ethic, or the repercussions of a broken heart, Andy never succeeded in finding true
love during his short, tumultuous life.
The revelations of the highlight reel, coupled with Melissa's observations, soon raise the
issue of second chances. Through Melissa's guidance, Andy ponders the possibility of
finally rising above the shortcomings that held him back in his mortal life.
In addition to Lei and Spears, Rise also features Brad
Armstrong, Brooke Banner, Chris Cannon, Evan Stone, Hollie Stevens, Kendall Brooks, Roxy
DeVille, and Voodoo.
