Sunny Loves Matt Signals Leap
Forward for Sunny Leone
Vivid Entertainment contact performer and Penthouse Pet Sunny Leone's boy/girl debut in
Sunny Loves Matt signals a new direction for the starlet's career and is generating a huge
industry and consumer buzz.
Shannon Nutt at DVD Empire said of the release, "Sunny may love Matt, but if our
pre-book numbers on this release are to be believed, everybody loves Sunny. This is one of
the most talked-about adult releases out there right now, starring one of Vivid's most
popular talents, and we expect it to be a big hit with our customers. Everything about
this release screams 'blockbuster.'"
Vivid national sales manager David Peskin concurred: "The pre-book numbers are
through the roof, both on DVD and Blu-ray. Consumers keep calling and e-mailing from all
over the world asking when they can purchase it. This is undoubtedly one of the biggest
titles of the year."
While it's natural for sales people to be enthusiastic about a company's release, the
director of Sunny Loves Matt also was excited by the movie. Veteran director B. Skow told
AVN, "It's a totally different type of movie than Vivid normally puts out. It's an
all-sex movie with tons of tease. Sunny does her first boy/girl scene and also a threeway
with Monique Alexander and a guy. She also does a girl/girl scene with AnnMarie. The
scenes are lit beautifully and the tease is shot POV style so you're real close to the
girls. There's a good 15 minutes of tease before each scene."
Perhaps best of all, for fans seeking to maximize their entertainment dollar, Sunny Loves
Matt features a long run time. Skow noted, "The movie is three hours and 20 minutes
long. We took a lot of things like ads off the DVD so we could include all the scenes and
extras."
For her part, Leone indicated that Sunny Loves Matt signaled the opening of a new career
vista. The exotic starlet told AVN, "One of the last movies I made was The Sunny
Experiment and one of the scenes I did was a threesome. I really wanted to jump into the
scene, but I couldn't because of my contract. That's when I decided I wanted to go in a
new direction with my career. I re-signed with Vivid to do more movies, and I'm looking
forward to doing more scenes like the ones in Sunny Loves Matt."
Apparently she's not alone in that.
Sunny Loves Matt also stars Megan Monroe, Rebeca Linares, Charles Dera and Matt Erickson.
