 Sunny Leone Performs The Sunny Experiment
Vivid Entertainment has shipped The Sunny Experiment, the first new Sunny Leone release
produced after the actress renewed her exclusive contract with the company.
“We’re thrilled to have Sunny back with us,” said David Peskin, Vivid
Entertainment’s national sales manager. “Her numbers for girl/girl scenes are
comparable with Janine’s. I honestly think she’s one of the hardest-working
girls in this industry.”
Directed by B. Skow, The Sunny Experiment includes six hardcore vignettes narrated by
Leone, who performs in a girl/girl scene with Monique Alexander and a threesome with Brea
Lynn and James Deen.
The supporting cast includes Nadia Styles, Celeste Star, Barry Scott, Cassidy Clay, Jerry
and Marco Banderas.
“My scene with Monique, as usual, was really great," Sunny told AVN. "She
and I are good friends and we have really great chemistry with each other, sexually. The
scene with Brea was my first with her…it was extremely hot, and it’s actually
one of the scenes that prompted me to make the decision about doing boy/girl.”
Leone’s first movie with a boy/girl scene is Sunny Loves Matt, co-starring Matt
Erickson and scheduled to arrive in February.
“I was involved in some threesome scenes where I was just sitting back and the other
two would do the boy/girl stuff and I was really feeling the sexually intensity, but
couldn’t get involved even though I really wanted to,” said Leone. “Then I
started thinking about it seriously and went to Vivid with my decision…they were
pretty excited.”
“I think Sunny Loves Matt will be one of the biggest titles of 2008,” said
Peskin.
The Sunny Experiment is also Vivid’s third release available in the HD DVD format
(authored by Dimension DVD), following Debbie Does Dallas…Again and Stood Up.
Of Indian descent, Leone was named Penthouse Pet of the Month in March 2001 and went on to
win the Pet of the Year title in 2003. Virtual Vivid Girl Sunny Leone won the Best
Interactive category at the 2007 AVN Awards.
“My personal sites bring in a lot of traffic on their own,” she said, “but
when you add in the affiliate program, it really takes me to another level.”
In addition to her adult career, Leone has hosted E!'s "Wild On!" and worked as
a re-carpet interviewer for VH1 and the Sundance Film Festival's 'After Dark.' Leone was
also among the Vivid girls featured in the recent Showtime reality series "Debbie
Does Dallas...Again.”
“It’s hard to tell what the future holds, in terms of my career,” Leone
added. “We’re sort of playing the waiting game until [Sunny Love Matt] come out,
and we’ll see how people respond. Right now, my career is going great and evolving
every month. I’m getting lots of work and lots of people are asking me to work for
them, so it’s great.”
