 Dave Navarro Appears In Matt Zane’s Punkd Ur Ass
Ex-Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro makes a special appearance in director Matt
Zane’s upcoming Evolution Erotica release, Punkd Ur Ass.
The cameo came about when Zane did a suspension performance on Navarro's Spread
Entertainment show to promote his movie Tattooed And Tight.
“Dave was totally cool,” said Zane. “The performance was filmed as part of
the movie and Dave was later asked if he could be included.
“It was an absolute pleasure being on his show. I never thought he would allow us to
put him in my movie, but that just shows you how open minded he is and in a way how much
balls he has. Not many people would agree to appear in an adult movie that have attained
as much mainstream success as he has."
According to Zane, the movie is about getting guys to do stupid stunts and antics in
exchange to work with porn starlets.
“This series is like a logical Jackass movie,” stated Zane. “In Jackass,
you have a bunch of guys doing stupid shit for no reason. I decided to make sense of the
whole concept by adding in prizes which of course are the porn stars. Guys do stupid stuff
all the time to get into girls pants. I wanted to see just how far they would go.”
Punkd Ur Ass features 12-time world kickboxing champion Hector Pena and a cast of top
adult stars including Tera Wray, Holly West, Kayla Synz, Jessica Valentino, Rick Masters,
Brandon X and Mark Zane.Navarro's other recent crossover endeavors in the XXX world include his adult
directorial debut Broken (Teravision). He also contributed an introduction to Michael
Grecco's porn star photo book 'Naked Ambition'.
Zane repeated his suspension performance at the recent Lone
Star Pornutopia expo in Houston, where he added another element: playing guitar while
hanging from the metal hooks through his back. According to Pleasure sales rep Adam
Hasner, Zane is planning another daring stunt for the 2008 AVN Entertainment Expo.
