 VCA to Release Joanna Angel’s Porny
Monster - Adult DVD

VCA is set to unveil the Joanna Angel helmed project, Porny Monster on Jan. 16. The title
is a parody of the mainstream film, Party Monster, a movie the director told AVN.com is
her favorite. “I have been dying to make the porn version of this, and I think we
created something really cool,” said Angel.
Porny Monster introduces viewers to the hardcore party girls that inhabit New York City
nightlife. The film follows Angel and her protégé, Chapel Waste, as the two carouse the
city looking for hot bodies to mount. The film takes an unexpected turn when Chapel, who
at first seemed like an innocent poseur, develops a severe addiction to dick and morphs
into a full-fledged Porny Monster. “I worked really hard on this movie,” continued Angel. “I think
I’m growing up as a director, [in an artistic sense]. It’s still a comedy, but I
put more artistic flair into it than I have with my previous movies.”
Angel went on to say that she spent months in pre-production, in order to ensure that
every scene look as authentic and dynamic as the original film. “We included a scene
on a rooftop,” she said. “It was shot at night with a view of the city behind me
while I had incredible anal sex.
“We took three months on
editing and a month alone for me to just write the script,” continued Angel. “I
think I exerted every ounce of creativity I had into this movie. I feel like this is the
first real feature I’ve made.”
The film features eight hardcore
scenes, all showcasing girls from the company Angel founded, like Pixie Pearl and Jade
Jolie. “Three of these girls had never had sex on camera before…it’s very
honest to goodness sex.
“The story of club kids in New
York was first a book, then a documentary, then a movie and then a porno. I was just happy
to complete the circle…now all they need to make is a board game,” Angel
laughed.
“I had a lot of fun with this
movie, and I hope people have as much fun watching it as I did making it.”
